Happy Fathers Day

Last weekend was a busy weekend, I decided to sell our junk at a local flea market on Saturday. A lot of people liked our junk because we almost sold all of it. We make almost $200.00 not a bad chunk of change for just a few hours. The rest of our stuff was donated. On Sunday, Fathers Day, we took a trip to Hershey Pennsyvania. We spent the day at the park and the zoo. It was a lot of fun although it was brutally HOT!! We spent a lot of time in the water park cooling down. Surprisingly there were several rides Jonah eric could ride without us or with us. We also visited the zoo located in the park as well. I learned all about Milton Hershey, did you know that he tried inventing chocolate 4 times and failed every time, then he tried one more time and the Hershey bar was invented. Just think if he would not of tried the fifth time the world just would not be as sweet. Happy Fathers Day to all the great daddys!!

Jonah jr's 1st Air show

A couple of weeks ago we went to an airshow at Andrews Airforce base. Jonah jr loved seeing the airplanes. They had several planes, helicopters,firetrucks and even a boat for the public to tour. The best part of the show was the Blue Angels they put on a great performance. We went to the airshow with a few of our friends it was a great day. Enjoy the pictures.

Our trip to Vermont

Last weekend we celebrated Memorial day in Vermont with friends and family. We went to see a parade, cooked out and took a boat ride on lake Hortonia. Jonah jr went fishin with grandpa and caught his first fish a small pike. We had a great time being at the lake house again, we can not wait to return for the 4th of July. Jonah Jr said his first word- car and then shortly after he said cat. Wow He still has not said mommy, he kinda of says daaaaaa which I think means daddy. He is so much fun, This year we are going to have to take extra precaution around the water because our son is fearless. Several times he has tried to walk right off the dock into the water and when we are around the pool he does the same on the edge. We took brutus our dog up to Vermont to stay with mima for a month and a half. He is in dog heaven.
